An Easy Cruise to a Great Party

Have you thought about overnight cruising your boat in a group of TYC members, but never got around to it? This easy cruise is designed for you. Experienced cruisers and land cruisers will enjoy it too!

Cruise seven calm miles into the newly dredged San Rafael Canal, past stately homes, to the friendly San Rafael Yacht Club, with a huge guest dock with shore power and no docking fees.

If you're a new cruiser needing some advice, or would like to buddy-boat, indicate that on the registration form and a TYC member will contact you,  or talk to other TYC cruisers who have registered. Contact info for SRYC is below.

Other than that, there is no fleet captain and the cruise to and from SRYC will be on your own. 

Car cruisers are welcome too. 

RSVP by June 21. Pay at the door; $25 per person. Sunday breakfast $10.

Boating directions: From main channel marker 17, proceed westerly along the dredged channel. The best guide is the range markers at the west end of the channel, once visible. Until then keep around 50' north of the green daymarkers, more or less, and watch your depth as it shallows to both sides. Keep to port when passing the side channel to Loch Lomond Marina on starboard. After that, watch the range markers, not the daymarkers.
