Dinner - (Re)Introducing Chef Mark Furr

Those who attended last year's Annual Dinner have already enjoyed the pleasure of Chef Mark's cuisine.

Tonight, Mark will introduce his reasonably priced, professionally prepared dinners for Friday nights at TYC.  Come down, welcome him back, and enjoy this menu:

  • Pulled Pork
  • Barbecue Chicken
  • BBQ Baked Beans
  • Potato Salad
  • Green Salad
  • Assorted Cookies

and a Veggie Sausage option.


All this for only $14 per person, $10 for kids under 10.

Bar opens around 5:30 pm, dinner served from 6:30 until the last racer is in and has had a beer.

To help Mark plan, please RSVP if at all possible.  Mark will still accommodate late registrations and walk-ins.

Your support by participating is always appreciated.  If you'd like to get more involved, there are volunteer opportunities on the registration form.
