Catered by Sol Food, a Pacific Sun Best of Marin restaurant.

Menu:
Pastelon de carne - beef casserole with sweet plantain

Habichuelas rosadas - pink beans stewed with herbs and Spanish olives (vegan)

Frijoles negros
- black beans simmered with peppers, onions and cilantro (vegan)
Pollo al horno - marinated, skinless, boneless baked chicken thighs

Rice

Salad

Please RSVP by 10 am Friday if at all possible.  We will do our best to accommodate late signups and walk-ins.
