Cooking Class - Crazy for Custard and Creams!

Have you longed to make smooth-as-silk crème brulée, decadent chocolate pots de crème, or the ultimate vanilla bean panna cotta?  At this two-hour hands-on workshop you will learn to master each one—and pick up plenty of invaluable tips.

We will explore flavor variations for each dessert, and you will leave with a small cache of custardy goodness to delight your family and friends.

Bring an apron, your enthusiasm, and a container in which to transport your goodies home.  Also bring four (3-4-ounce) ramekins if you prefer to make one of your take-home treats in “guest-worthy” dishes.

This is bound to be an educational and fun evening. (There will even be a “Lucky Draw” door prize!)  Space is limited, so sign up early!

No children under the age of 15.
